This is an extraordinary opportunity for home chefs, chocolate and pastry lovers to meet-and-greet and learn pastry/chocolate making tips from two of Canada’s TOP and award-winning pastry chefs and chocolatiers, Adam Chandler of Beta5 and Patrice Demers of Montreal’s Patrice Pâtissier.
From tempering chocolate, to casting molds, or making ganache and plating the dessert (plus more), chef Adam and chef Patrice will share their chocolate and pastry making tips through a demonstration featuring seasonal creations including: apple cider caramel, cinnamon ganache, a praline studded candied apple and hazelnut and toffee from scratch. There will also be recipes and plenty of desserts to take-home.
