Betty Hung

With a lifelong passion in baking, Betty decided to change her career from graphic design to baking. As a self-taught baker, she started her pastry career at Beaucoup Bakery as an intern and worked her way up to becoming the head chef. Having the goal for honing her skills in French pastries, she has travelled Paris to further develop her knowledge and technique. She also writes and photographs for her food blog Yummy Workshop, where she documents her baking experiments.
