Born and raised in Southern Poland. I developed a natural interest and passion for the baking trade while studying and working in Europe. Travel is my second passion and I always combine the two to learn and discover new trends or reinvent the classics.
My true passion are desserts that I have been pursuing for the last 20 years. I have gain the knowledge through classical training in pastry arts , international stages and most recently as the Executive Pastry Chef at Miku Restaurant in Vancouver.
I would describe myself as the experimental pastry chef who always is connected to the past but is not afraid to look into the future.
My professional goal is to pass on my knowledge and experience to the others so they can be inspired and open to new ideas and concepts that make this profession so unique.
