The elite of the dessert world will unite in Vancouver to make this event a once in a lifetime experience for anyone with a sweet tooth.

New for this year is the EAT! Pastry event, featuring 15 of Canada’s best pastry chefs including local stars serving signature dessert samples to each guest. Vancouver’s pastry scene has taken a turn that has made it distinctive compared to the sweet scenes in other Canadian cities. EAT! has decided to cater to the Vancouverite foodies that made the art of sugar ground-breaking for consumers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers alike.

$79 per ticket (plus tax) includes food sampling and exclusive chef access.

Special guest pastry chefs include Nadege Nourian from Toronto, and Patrice Demers from Montreal.
