Eleanor Waterfall brings to you over 17 years of pastry/baking experience, having worked as executive pastry chef in some of Vancouver’s top restaurants including Lumiere, Blue Water Cafe and Raw Bar, and Chambar Belgian Restaurant. Prior to opening Cadeaux Eleanor ran the pastry programs at Chambar Belgian Restaurant, Medina Cafe, and the Dirty Apron Cooking School.
Eleanor opened Cadeaux Bakery in 2012 and has created an open concept kitchen where patrons can view pastries and desserts being created right in front of their eyes. Cadeaux takes pride in providing high quality baked goods, desserts and frozen treats made with natural and locally sourced ingredients. Products are seasonal and created on premise with no additives or preservatives. Custom celebration cakes, dessert catering, wholesale, restaurant consulting and full pastry programs are also offered by Eleanor and her team
