Fable Kitchen hosts Alberta’s Steve Brochu from Chartier
West coast, Alberta, and Quebec French cuisine team up when Trevor Bird, Fable executive chef and Top Chef Canada finalist, welcomes head chef Steve Brochu from the award-winning Chartier, based in downtown Beaumont, Alberta.
Brochu’s elevated French-Canadian fare will combine sumptuously with Bird’s farm-to-table philosophy, resulting in fresh, local, and captivating flavour combinations that will not be found anywhere else. These two chefs’ innovative dishes will be showcased in Fable’s vibrant setting, offering a meal that is one to remember.
